Responsibilities for Site Manager at Werksta Falkenberg – Leadership and operational responsibility

In the role of site manager, you have overall responsibility for the entire workshop's operations. You lead, plan, and develop both personnel and processes to ensure high quality, efficiency, and the best possible customer experience. Your main responsibilities include:

• Driving and developing the daily operations of the workshop
• Leading and motivating a team of technicians, administrators, and specialists
• Ensuring that the work environment, quality, results, and customer experience are at the highest level
• Responsible for budget, planning, follow-up, and reporting of results
• Developing staff through coaching, recruitment, and skill-enhancing initiatives
• Maintaining and strengthening relationships with customers, insurance companies, and partners
• Contributing to improvement work and implementing new routines and technical solutions

Your profile – Experienced leader with a focus on quality and development

We are looking for someone with several years of experience in a leadership role within the automotive industry or a corresponding technical environment. You thrive in a business-driven environment, are results-oriented, and have a coaching approach. We believe you have:

• Professional experience as a site manager, supervisor, or workshop manager in the automotive industry or other relevant leadership experience
• Knowledge of work management, workplace safety issues, and modern workshop processes
• The ability to create engagement, structure, and joy in the team
• Strong communication skills and good business sense
• Driver's license and very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Interest in development, efficiency, and digitalization of work processes
